Hello, ladies and gentlemen: Nearly four years has gone by since we successfully bid for the 2008 Olympic Games. Have you ever think about this questions, Olympic mental or physical? As the Olympic games has become a part of my life, I began to accumulate thoughts and feeling of it. And finally I discovered that a kind of sports spirit has taken root in the bottom of my heart.. In an advertisement, it says: even though our athletes are able to run faster than a gust of wind, even though our gymnasts can be more sensitive than cats, even though the weight-lifting players can be stronger than elephants, we still cannot prove that we are great, unless we understand the strongest part of human body is mind. These words teach us the true essence of the Olympic Games. It is not only a competition for sportsmen to confirm who is stronger physically or more skillful, but it is a stage for us to spread love, peace and a positive mental attitude. And the Olympic flame seems to be a magic spark that lights up the fire of our power inside. Both physical and mental training are essential in reaching the Olympic motto: swifter, higher, and stronger. And I hope more and more athletes will get aware of it, because what we get inside can be stronger than everything.
奧運精神

Ecation
Acation is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we do not ecate children only for ecating them. Our purpose is to fit them for life.
In some modern countries it has been fashionable to think that free ecation for all can solve all the problems of society and build a perfect nation. But we can already see that free ecation for all is not enough.We find in such countries a far larger number of people with university degrees refusing to do what they think is "low"work, and. in fact, working with one's hands is thought to be dirty and shameful in such countries. But we have only to think a moment to understand that the work of a completely unecated farmer is far more important than that of a professor~ we can live without ecation,but we die if we have no food. If no one cleaned our streets and took the rubbish away from our houses, we should get terrible diseases in our towns.
In fact, when we say that all of us must be ecated to fit us for life, it means that we must be ecated in such a way that, firstly, each of us can do whatever work is suited to his brains and ability and, secondly, that we can realize that all jobs are necessary to society, and that it is very bad to be ashamed of one's work. Only such a type of ecation can be considered valuable to society.

The Impact of the Internet on Interpersonal Communication
As we know, the internet has become more and more significant. As a tool, it does play an important role in our daily life, besides interpersonal communication. As says going, every coin has two sides, so does the internet.
On the one hand, it provides us with a platform to communicate much easier and freely, it shortens the distance between our friends, relatives and us. By using Internet, we could say the words that are difficult to say face to face, for example, we could confess our faults sincerely.
On the other hand, some people may disguise themselves to spread dreadful news, and cheat others, and so on. If we get used to communicating on the Internet, we may lose the ability that face-to-face communication, and affect the interpersonal relationship.
In a word, communication on the Internet is necessary for us, and the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
